ES 185 - Beginning Resistance and Core Training This course introduces students to basic resistance and core strength training exercising and principles. Participants will learn concepts and techniques of free weights, machine weights, Pilates, and core exercises, among others. Participants will also learn to develop a personalized strength training routine that will assist them in reaching their fitness goals.
Credits: 0.5 hours Open to faculty, staff, and students. Professional Preparation course for ES majors.
