ES 345 - Introduction to Exercise Physiology with Lab The purpose of this course is to survey the acute and chronic responses and adaptations of the human body to exercise stress. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of theoretical findings from the research literature.
Prerequisites: ES 247, ES 270, and exercise science or health science major. Recommended: BIOL 107, BIOL 108, and ES 334. Credits: 3 hours Professional Preparation course for ES majors.
