ENG 154 - Academic Speaking: Non-Native Speakers A speaking course for students whose native language is not English. Emphasis is on developing competencies for meeting the demands of oral participation in an academic setting. These include: advanced listening strategies, individual and group presentations, and classroom interaction. Vocabulary and grammar are integrated into the course.
Prerequisite: Placement Exam. Contact the International Student Affairs Office. Credits: 3
