LING 433 - Semantics and Pragmatics Introduction to theories of semantics and pragmatics. Intensive practice in the analysis and description of semantic and pragmatic data; approaches to the description and explanation of meaning at different levels of linguistic structure.
Prerequisite: with a grade of “C” or higher. Credits: 3
