CHEM 474 - Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory


An introduction to the advanced synthetic methods and characterization techniques used in inorganic chemistry. Methods covered include inert-atmosphere techniques, NMR, and absorbance spectroscopy.

Prerequisites: CHEM 324 - Physical Chemistry I Laboratory  with a grade of C, or higher, and CHEM 326 - Physical Chemistry II Laboratory  with a grade of C, or higher, and either CHEM 332 - Organic Chemistry II Lab  or CHEM 333 - Organic Chemistry Lab  with a grade of C, or higher.
