MUSI 333 - Jazz Improvisation


Development of solo improvisational skills in jazz music. Study of jazz style, chords, scales, tunes, and jazz artists. May be repeated for up to two credits. Music major Applied Music course.

Prerequisites: MUSI 130 - Music Analysis I , MUSI 131 - Music Analysis II , MUSI 132 - Aural Skills in Music I , and MUSI 133 - Aural Skills in Music II .
