JINS 340 - German-Jewish Identities This course examines the problems that German Jews have faced in establishing a sense of identity in the 20th century. The first part focuses on the “Jewish Question;” the second half focuses on the holocaust and holocaust memory among German-Jewish intellectuals.
Prerequisite: Junior status. Credits: 3 NOTE:
* This course fulfills the Junior Interdisciplinary Writing-Enhanced Seminar Interconnecting Perspective of the Liberal Studies Program.
