MUSI 209 - Perspectives in Music: The Liberal Arts This course explores the relationship between music and other disciplines, including, but not limited to, literature; history; anthropology psychology; philosophy; mathematics; physics; the visual arts; and theatre. Perspective in Music-The Liberal Arts is designed for any student, regardless of musical background. This course may be used to partially fulfill the requirement for a Minor in Music.
Credits: 3 NOTE:
* This course fulfills the Aesthetic: Visual and Performing Art Mode of Inquiry and the Intercultural Interconnecting Perspective of the Liberal Studies Program.
** This course counts toward the 63-credit Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
