CHEM 335 - Biochemistry I: Structure and Function This course provides the student with an introduction to biochemical compounds. Students gain an in-depth understanding of modern biochemical techniques and how they can be used to probe structure and function of nucleic acids and proteins.
Prerequisites: CHEM 331 - Organic Chemistry II or CHEM 320 - Foundations of Organic Chemistry . Credits: 3 NOTE:
* Honors Scholars Course
** This course counts toward the 63-credit Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
