CS 170 - Introduction to Computer Science I Introduction to key ideas of computing and programming. Basic concepts, variables, functions, loops, algorithms, data types, graphics. Brief introduction to computing ideas such as data representation, hardware, operating systems, information systems, artificial intelligence, networks, and the world wide web. CS 170 may not be taken for credit after successfully completing CS 180 - Foundations of Computer Science I .
Credits: 4 NOTE:
