HIST 334 - Digital and Public History This course provides an introduction to the theories and practices of public and digital history. It explores the challenges and controversies encountered when presenting history to the public, both in traditional settings, such as museums, and in newer spaces, like the World Wide Web. As well as examining case studies from a variety of fields of public history, the course offers an opportunity to acquire practical experience of working on a digital history project.
Prerequisite: Sophomore standing or above. Credit(s): 4 Course Attribute(s): - Honors Scholar Course.
