ENG 215 - Issues in English Education

This course serves as an introduction to English education for pre-MAE students and others interested in secondary education. The class introduces topics and issues specific to English education, such as selecting appropriate texts for students, incorporating frequent and meaningful writing activities, working with students who are English Language Learners, and incorporating technology into the English language arts classroom.
