ART 418 - Painting IV This course is a continuation of Painting III. Painting topics are explored each semester on a rotating basis. Areas of focus may include (but are not limited to) direct observation, the human form, cross-disciplinary studies, integrated methods, and art in public places. At the conclusion of Painting IV, BFA students should have established a clear direction of interest leading to further exploration in Painting V. BA students who are concurrently enrolled in the BA Capstone Experience may choose to create a body of work suitable for presentation in their BA Thesis Exhibition. Art 2-D course.
