NU 280 - Assessment & Fundamentals II Nursing Assessment and Fundamentals II is a continuation of the concepts presented in Nursing Assessment and Fundamentals I. The focus is on increasingly complex therapeutic strategies utilizing experiential learning opportunities through laboratory practice and simulation. A more in-depth focus on fundamental skills is emphasized by integrating basic nursing care with assessment of the major organ systems of the body. May be taken concurrently with NU 185 - Dimensions of Professional Nursing .
