SPAN 455 - Introduction to Translation and Interpretation This course applies Spanish vocabulary and grammar skills to the practical principles of translation and interpretation in real-life contexts. Students will expand their knowledge and develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills while serving Spanish-speaking communities in and around Kirksville, MO. The service-learning done in the course will be based on the needs provided by the local organizations serving the Spanish-speaking community.
