ES 507G - Psychology of Sport and Injury Rehabilitation This course develops a basic understanding of injury and rehabilitation psychology and its applied application to a variety of physically active populations. Theoretical understanding of the psychological, social, and environmental mediators and moderators that influence injury susceptibility and adherence to rehabilitation is emphasized. Emphasis is placed on the basic assessment and intervention techniques to promote and facilitate adherence within the athletic training and sport environment.
