PHYS 190 - Calculus for Physics I


This course complements and extends a prior or concurrent course in algebra-based introductory mechanics, fluids, and thermodynamics. The use of calculus to derive equations and solve problems in physic is integrated with graphical and algebraic problem solving techniques. The completion of this course and a college-level algebra-based physics course is equivalent to a course in calculus-based physics.

Prerequisite or Concurrent: PHYS 185 - College Physics I .
