                | BIOL 506 - Ornithology  Through the scientific study of birds, this course examines anatomy, physiology, evolution, ecology, behavior, migration, and conservation. Students will explore the scientific literature and develop basic coding skills to analyze and interpret data. The laboratory includes field trips during which students learn to identify wild Missouri birds based on markings and song and use field survey techniques.
