MATH 120 - Quantitative Reasoning


An exploration of a variety of applications of mathematics to solve contemporary problems with the aim of developing quantitative reasoning and problem solving skills. Topics include voting theory, fair division, traveling salesman problems, modeling population growth, financial mathematics, and an introduction to descriptive statistics.
