Biology Minor

Program Requirements: 15 Credits

The Biology Minor requires the successful completion of a minimum of 15 credits in biology courses and includes:

• BIOL 103 - General Botany Credits: 4 AND
  BIOL 106 - General Zoology
    Credits: 4

• OR

  BIOL 107 - Introductory Biology I
    Credits: 4 AND
  BIOL 108 - Introductory Biology II
    Credits: 4

Electives:

Students must take at least two biology courses at the 200-level or above with at least one of these courses having a laboratory component. Prerequisites for advanced courses are expected to be met.

Note:

Students must take a minimum of eleven credits toward the minor while in residence at Truman.
