Biology Minor

Program Requirements: 15 Credits

The Biology Minor requires the successful completion (with a grade of ‘C’ or better) of a minimum of 15 credits in biology courses. The following courses are required:

• BIOL 104 - Ecology and Evolution of the Organism Credits: 4
• BIOL 107 - Cells, Molecules, and Genes Credits: 4

Electives:

The remainder of the required 15 credit hours for the Biology minor can be met with any approved BIOL course at the 200-level or above, with at least one of these courses having a laboratory component. Prerequisites for advanced courses must be fulfilled.

Note:

Students must take a minimum of eleven credits toward the minor while in residence at Truman.
