For those considering a career in risk assessment for insurance, business and other industries, they should equip themselves for success with Truman’s Actuarial Science minor. When students pursue an Actuarial Science minor, they take classes in economics, mathematics, and statistics to prepare themselves for the first two actuarial exams, which serve as the gateway into the profession.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:
- A 2.00 GPA in minor requirements.
- At least nine hours of the program requirements must be completed at Truman State University.
