French Minor

Affiliation: School of Arts & Letters

Students can immerse themselves in French culture through study-abroad programs in the Loire Valley, the Alps, or other locations in France, and Truman has study-abroad programs in Belgium, Switzerland, Senegal, and Quebec. Study abroad is encouraged, and students can apply for study abroad scholarships that provide financial assistance.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. A 2.00 GPA in minor requirements.
2. At least nine hours of the program requirements must be completed at Truman State University.
3. No grade of ‘D’ is accepted toward the French Minor.
4. Students earning a French Minor may not also earn a Modern Language: French major.
