Design Minor

If students want to develop above average skills in digital literacy, creating graphics, design layout and content/project management while at Truman, they should consider adding the design minor to their course of study.
After taking Observational Drawing, Design Software and Process, Typography, and Graphic Design I, students can select from several upper-level design course options to complete the minor requirements.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:
- A 2.00 GPA in minor requirements.
- At least nine hours of the program requirements must be completed at Truman State University.
- Only six hours of credit may be counted in both the major and the minor.

Program Requirements:
The Design Minor requires the successful completion of 15 semester hours of the following courses:
Foundations Requirements (6 credit hours)
Minor Requirements (9 credit hours)
