Program Requirements:
The Art Studio Minor is available only to non-Art majors. The Art Studio Minor requires the successful completion of 15 semester hours of the following courses: - Studio (to be selected from 200/300 level studio courses in one of the following areas: painting, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, fibers): 9 Credit Hours
Art Studio Minor Foundations Proficiency
At the end of the studio minor foundation courses, the student must choose a studio concentration (ceramics, fibers, painting, printmaking or sculpture). Submit 4 pieces from the foundation courses to the instructor of the studio concentration for review and approval. Proficiency must be completed before any 300 level and above courses can be taken. |
