BSAD 406 - Corporate Finance The role of the financial manager in the corporation is the focus of this course. The course utilizes case studies to develop financial management decision making skills. Topics covered include risk and return, financial analysis and valuation, working capital management, capital budgeting, capital structure and corporate risk management.
Prerequisites: BSAD 329 - Principles of Finance and approval to enroll in upper level business administration or accounting courses. Credits: 3 NOTE:
