BSAD 414 - Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and Social Media Students study the key principles, strategies and tactics of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and the ways in which the integrated plan can be used to build brand relationships and achieve overall marketing objectives. The IMC perspective recognizes that various methods of communications, including advertising, sales promotions, public relations, direct, digital and social media marketing are not isolated functions and have a synergistic effect when coordinated. Students analyze and evaluate existing IMC and social media programs and learn how to develop a plan for an existing company.
Prerequisites: BSAD 325 - Principles of Marketing and junior or senior status. Credits: 3 When Offered: (every other fall) NOTE:
