PHRE 381 - Philosophy of Law Philosophical approaches to issues in law, with historical insights and contemporary analysis. Topics include the nature of law, the relation of law and morality, judicial decision, liberty and paternalism, legal responsibility, punishment, and ethics in the legal profession.
