JINS 359 - Exploration into the Origin of Life This course explores the concept of the origin of life from literary and scientific perspectives. The literary aspect comprises literature as cultural studies, particularly folklore and mythology, and draws on philosophical and religious texts of various cultures. The scientific perspective looks into the development of our concepts about the origin of the universe and the origin of life in the universe.
Prerequisite: JINS eligibility (55-95 credits applied). Credit(s): 3 Course Attribute(s):
