PHRE 260 - Religion and Film Students view, analyze, and interpret a variety of films with an understanding that religious themes, structures, and content are constantly on display in this artistic medium, even when they are not explicit. Students will employ academic religious theories and concepts to demostrate the innate religious nature, experiences, and undertones of films and consider what this means for our understanding of culture and religion overall.
