MUSI 309 - President’s String Quartet, Upper Division The President’s String Quartet performs high quality repertoire from a range of style periods. Players will develop chamber music related skills which include independence of each part, awareness and sensitivity to the other parts, quality group intonation, and a sense of unity within the group. The ensemble will perform frequently in public. By audition. Music major Applied Music course. May be repeated for up to six credits.
Prerequisites: Music major (BA Music (General), BA Music Pre-Certification, BA Music Liberal Arts, BS Music Therapy, or BM Music Performance with Emphasis Groups.) Credit(s): 1 Course Attribute(s):
