ABA 660G - Management and Leadership in Disability Services


This course provides students with review and intensive study of behavior analysis leadership as well as organizational behavior management literature. Students will review models that examine organizational structure, assessments that analyze organizational need, and potential organizational interventions to address personnel problems. Additionally, students will review models of leadership and learn the best ways to motivate staff and increase the performance of followers. 

Registration Restriction: Admission to the Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis or the Master of Arts in Disability Studies: Applied Behavior Analysis, or permission of instructor.
Prerequisites: Completion of ABA 610G - Introduction to Applied Behavior Analysis I , ABA 630G - Introduction to Applied Behavior Analysis II , ABA 620G - Introduction to Behavior Change , ABA 670G - Advanced Behavior Change , ABA 640G - Foundations of Assessment and Research , and ABA 650G - Introduction to Functional Behavior Assessment .
