BIOL 515G - Animal Behavior


This course explores the diversity of animal behavior while considering function, physiological mechanisms, selective pressures, and evolutionary constraints. Students will learn to observe, describe, and evaluate behaviors in animals by reading the scientific literature and conducting original research.

Prerequisites: BIOL 104 - Ecology and Evolution of the Organism  AND (STAT 190 - Basic Statistics  or STAT 290 - Statistics ).
Registration Restriction: Graduate status.
