BSAD 349 - Organizational Behavior Analysis of the behavioral aspects of an organization and the study of human behavior at individual, group, and organizational levels to develop behavioral competency and improve relationships of people, structure and technology in business organizations. Focuses on topics such as personality, motivation, interaction process, quality circles, leadership, and corporate culture.
Registration Restriction: Junior or Senior status.
Prerequisites: School of Business majors: Approval to enroll in upper-level ACCT or BSAD courses. Non-School of Business majors: GPA 3.0 or higher. Credit(s): 3
