                | ES 185 - Beginning Resistance and Core TrainingThis course introduces students to basic resistance and core strength training exercising and principles. Participants learn concepts and techniques of free weights, machine weights, Pilates, and core exercises, among others. Participants also learn to develop a personalized strength training routine that assists them in reaching their fitness goals.
