STAT 435 - Categorical Data Analysis

Statistical methods for the analysis of categorical data: Bernoulli, Binomial, Multinomial, and Poisson probability distributions; estimation and inference for proportions; measures of relative risks, odds, and association; logistic regression; Poisson regression.

Prerequisites: (STAT 220 - Fundamentals of Data Science or STAT 250 - Statistical Computing), (STAT 290 - Statistics or STAT 370 - Probability), and (STAT 330 - Introduction to Linear Models, STAT 331 - Biostatistics, STAT 375 - ANOVA/Experimental Design, STAT 376 - Nonparametric Statistics/Sampling, or STAT 378 - Linear Regression/Time Series).
