THEA 301 - Arts Administration

This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts and principles of managing organizations and people in the arts-related professions. Course topics include budgeting, marketing/publicity, fundraising, audience development, analysis of financial statements, contracts, board governance, and issues associated with the founding of a nonprofit organization.
