STAT 535G - Applied Statistical Methods II


An extension of the statistical methodology introduced in STAT 530/530G. Methods covered in this course include logistic regression and generalized linear models, repeated measures and random/mixed effects models, categorical analysis of contingency tables, and nonparametric analysis.

Prerequisites: STAT 330 - Introduction to Linear Models  or STAT 331 - Biostatistics  or STAT 530 - Applied Statistical Methods I  or STAT 530G - Applied Statistical Methods I .
