MATH 197 - Calculus I with Precalculus Review II


This is the second course of a two-semester sequence. This second course continues the study of the calculus of functions of one variable that was begun in MATH 187  and also continues the review of precalculus topics necessary to develop the calculus. The combination of MATH 187 and MATH 197 covers the same calculus material as MATH 198 .

Prerequisites: Grade of ‘C’ or better in MATH 187 .

A student who has completed MATH 198 or higher-level mathematics class may not enroll in MATH 197 without permission from the Mathematics Department.
