HLTH 370 - Field Experience in Health Science

This course is designed to provide health science majors with the opportunity to apply career-oriented skills in an off-campus internship setting for a minimum of 200 contact hours. The student must follow the procedures in the application process before enrolling. The student may not be enrolled in more than one additional class during the field experience.

Prerequisites: HLTH 366, health science major, mandatory attendance at two informational sessions, junior or senior status, consent of academic advisor and Department Chair, minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA, and minimum 2.5 major GPA are required.
