HLTH 100 - Seminar in Wellbeing


This seminar explores in-depth a selected health topic allowing for deeper understanding and application at a personal level. Through the selected health topic students will also learn steps to changing a behavior successfully. Ancillary materials will be used to provide content for other health topics. May be repeated once for credit.

Prerequisite: Freshman status. Co-requisite: HLTH 110.
Credits: 1 hour
NOTE: This course in conjunction with HLTH 110 fulfills the Personal Well-Being Essential Skill of the Liberal Studies Program.
NOTE: This course in conjunction with HLTH 110 counts toward the 63-hour Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
