BSAD 443 - Management Information Systems Overview of current information systems literature. Coverage stresses the fit between information systems and organizations. Topics include business process reengineering, electronic commerce, information technology (IT) architecture, strategic and global information systems, IT impact on organizations, information systems planning, operations, and control.
Prerequisites: BSAD 157 with grade of C or better and major in Business Administration or Accounting and junior or senior status. Credits: 3 hours NOTE: This is a writing-enhanced course.
