COMM 455 - Media Law This course covers the American legal system, First Amendment principles relating to freedom of expression, laws that directly restrict or enhance information gathering and message dissemination in mass media, and the differences between law and ethics.
Prerequisite: COMM 251. Credits: 3 hours NOTE: This course counts toward the 63-hour Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
