JUST 307 - The Legal System

This course will present an historical and philosophical perspective of the American legal system. An emphasis will be placed on the present day legal system.

Prerequisite: JUST 205.
Credits: 3 hours
NOTE: This course counts toward the 63-hour Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
