HIST 312 - Women in American History Survey of women’s history in America from the arrival of Europeans to the present. The course explores the public and private lives of American women of different class, racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. It also analyzes the way gender has shaped American society, culture, and politics.
Credits: 3 hours NOTE: Honors Scholar Course.
NOTE: History major United States History course.
NOTE: This course counts toward the 63-hour Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
