BIZ 306 - The Natural History of Belize This course emphasizes the diversity of terrestrial and aquatic organisms of Belize, including identification, adaptations, and ecological interactions. The overall goal is to expose students to a broad variety of Belizean ecosystems, and compare the diversity and adaptations of plants and animals living in these ecosystems.
Prerequisites: BIOL 108, BIOL 103, or BIOL 106. Credits: 3 hours NOTE: This course fulfills the Intercultural Interconnecting Perspective of the Liberal Studies Program.
