ES 345 - Exercise Physiology The purpose of this course is to survey the acute and chronic responses and adaptations of the human body to exercise stress. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of theoretical findings from the research literature.
Prerequisites: ( or ) and Exercise Science, Athletic Training or Health Science major. Credits: 3 NOTE: This course counts toward the 63-credit Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
