LING 451 - Internship for Linguistics On-the-job specialized training in fields generally accepted as needing linguistics field experience to complement the student’s academic training. Must be concurrently enrolled in . For each Internship credit, the student must take 1 credit of Evaluation and Analysis. See Internship Application for further information and application procedures. Course is graded Pass/Fail. A special application procedure is required and must be completed the semester prior to starting the internship. Application packets are available in the Department Office. May be repeated for a up to eight credits.
Prerequisites: Permission of academic advisor, instructor, and English & Linguistics Department Chair. Corequisite: Credits: 1 to 4 NOTE: This course counts toward the 63-credit Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) graduation requirement.
