Part I: Required Support: 3-9 Credit Hours

FREN 120 - Elementary French I Credits: 3 hours
May be used to fulfill LSP requirements.
FREN 121 - Elementary French II Credits: 3 hours
May be used to fulfill LSP requirements.
LING 238 - Introduction to Linguistics Credits: 3 hours

Part II: Major Requirements: 32 Credit Hours

FREN 320 - French Composition and Conversation I Credits: 3 hours
FREN 321 - French Literature I Credits: 3 hours
FREN 322 - French Literature II Credits: 3 hours
FREN 323 - French Civilization I Credits: 3 hours
FREN 324 - French Civilization II Credits: 3 hours
FREN 325 - French Composition and Conversation II Credits: 3 hours
FREN 326 - French for International Business Communication Credits: 3 hours
FREN 425 - Phonology and Advanced Grammar Credits: 3 hours
FREN 430 - French Capstone Experience Credits: 2 hours

And TWO courses from the following:

FREN 401 - Topics in Francophone Literature Credits: 3 hours
FREN 402 - Topics in Modern French Literature Credits: 3 hours
FREN 403 - Topics in Francophone Women Writers Credits: 3 hours
FREN 404 - Topics in Literature of the “Ancien Régime” Credits: 3 hours
