Biology Minor

The Biology Minor requires the successful completion of a minimum of 15 credit hours in biology courses and includes:

Either one of the following two sequences: BIOL 107 (Introductory Biology I) and BIOL 108 (Introductory Biology II) OR BIOL 103 (General Botany) and BIOL 106 (General Zoology). Students must take at least two biology courses at the 200-level or above with at least one of these courses having a laboratory component. Prerequisites for advanced courses are expected to be met. Students must take a minimum of eleven credit hours toward the minor while in residence at Truman.
